The U.S. Economy lives off of what other consumers buy, however now because of businesses closing and increased job losses many have seen wage reductions, and with millions of people in crisis the economy cannot survive and stand up to this type of pressure.
There are huge economic problems around the world with finance being an extremely touchy subject. Consumer spending habits have changed on a drastic scale and many are holding on to their wallets and penny pinching in order to live eat and survive this financial crunch.
The stock market is the only thing in this day and time that has Americans feeling hopeful. There is a grave economic hardship in finances in the states and even the housing market is feeling the crunch. With so little home sales nowadays, it has weakened points that use to be strong.
With so many job losses it is impossible for anyone to even qualify to purchase a home, so mortgage sellers are lonely in their offices, flipping notepads and pencils because hardly anyone wants to come in and schedule an appointment to purchase a home. Some have even committed or are thinking of committing suicide as an alternative to this economic crunch and some say it will get much worse before this financial crisis sees the light at the end of the tunnel.
